摘 要:铒镱共掺光纤由于具有非常宽的吸收带,被广泛应用于激光雷达、激光探测等技术,随着线偏振光纤激光器的飞速发展,保偏型铒镱共掺光纤的制备技术也受到了广泛关注。本文中,利用改进的化学气相沉积(MCVD)技术与疏松体液相掺杂相结合的方式制备了保偏型铒镱共掺光纤预制棒,从铒/镱离子的发光特性及机理出发,通过研究不同打孔工艺、应力区参数对保偏及吸收性能的影响,从而确定了合适的工艺参数;此外,还研究了不同掺磷含量对光纤吸收及光谱性能的影响,最终通过稀土离子共掺工艺的研究,将保偏型铒镱共掺光纤在1530nm处的纤芯吸收系数提升至85dB/m,掺P含量从5mol%提升至10~12mol%,光纤激光斜效率达到35%,极大改善了铒镱共掺光纤的光学性能。Erbium-ytterbium co-doped fiber,is widely used in laser radar,laser detection and other technologies,which has very wide absorption band.With the rapid development of linearly polarized fiber laser,the preparation technology of polarization maintaining Erbium-Ytterbium co-doped fiber has attracted extensive attentions.In this paper,the Erbium ytterbium co-doped preform was prepared by the improved chemical vapor deposition(MCVD)technique and liquid phase doping technique.Based on the luminescence characteristics and mechanism of Erbium/ytterbium ions,the appropriate process parameters were determined by studying the different punching process,partial stress zone parameters and the influence of absorption performance.In addition,the influence of different phosphorus content on fiber absorption and spectral performance are also studied.Finally,the core absorption coefficient of polarization maintaining Erbium-Ytterbium co-doped fiber at 1530nm is increased to 90dB/m and the P content is increased from 5mol%to 10-12mol%through the study of rare earth ion co-doped process,and the slope efficiency of fiber laser reaches 35%.The optical properties of Er/Yb doped fiber are greatly improved.
