PP充油松套管外径和余长控制方法的研究

摘  要:在欧洲和美国等地区,为了提高施工效率和降低施工成本,客户会要求在接头盒内直接对套管进行盘纤和掏接,因此松套管必须具备优异的抗弯曲性能。传统光缆采用PBT作为松套管材料,抗弯性能差,难以满足施工要求,增加了施工风险,因此,一种新型的柔性抗弯曲半干式光缆逐渐受到客户的青睐。这种新型光缆使用PP作为松套管材料,松套管的弯曲直径能够达到20mm以下,具有优异的抗弯性能,完全可以满足客户对于施工效率和施工成本的要求。目前,这种新型柔性抗弯曲半干式光缆在生产过程中仍存在着许多困难,最大的瓶颈在二次套塑工艺,例如套管外径的不均匀性和光纤余长的不一致性,这些因素都给PP充油松套管的稳定生产带来了诸多挑战。本文研究了影响PP充油松套管稳定性的各种因素,从挤出模具,色母粒比例和工艺参数方面进行了大量的测试,并比较了套管在升速段和匀速段的外径和余长的稳定性。最终,我们找到了PP充油松套管的最佳生产工艺。In Europe and the United States,in order to improve the construction efficiency and reduce the construction costs,customers will require the tube to be directly coiled and spliced in the joint box,so the loose tube must have excellent bending-resistance performance.Conventional optical cable adopts PBT as loose tube material,which has poor bending-resistance property and is difficult to comply with the construction requirements,which will greatly increase the difficulty of construction and increase the construction costs.Therefore,a new type of flexible anti-bending semi-dry optical cable is gradually favored by customers.The new optical cable uses MPP as the loose tube material.The bending diameter of the loose tube can reach 20mm or less,and it has excellent bending-resistance properties and can fully comply with the requirements of the customer for construction efficiency and construction costs.At present,this new type of flexible anti-bending semi-dry optical cable still has many difficulties in the manufacture process.The biggest obstacle is in the second coating process,such as the unevenness of the outer diameter and the inconsistency of the excess fiber length which have brought many challenges to the stable production of MPP gel-filling loose tube.In this paper,various factors affecting the stability of MPP loose tube are studied.A large number of tests have been carried out from the aspects of tooling tooling,color master batch ratio and process parameters,and the stability of the outer diameter and the excess fiber length of the loose tube is compared in the acceleration section and the speed-stabilizing section.Finally,we find the optimal production process of the MPP gel-filling loose tube.
