全方位护理对食管癌化疗患者生活质量及自我效能感的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨全方位护理对食管癌化疗患者生活质量和自我效能感的影响。方法将平顶山市第一人民医院2018年1月至2019年8月收治的60例接受化疗的食管癌患者按随机数表法分为常规护理组(30例)和全方位护理组(30例)。常规护理组接受基础护理,全方位护理组接受心理、生理等的全方位护理干预。比较两组满意度;比较两组护理前后食管癌认知功能、社会功能、情感角色、躯体功能和总体健康、自我决策、自我减压、正性态度、自我效能感总分;比较两组化疗不良反应发生率。结果全方位护理组的满意度(96.67%)高于常规护理组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前两组食管癌认知功能、社会功能、情感角色、躯体功能和总体健康、自我决策、自我减压、正性态度、自我效能感总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后全方位护理组食管癌认知功能、社会功能、情感角色、躯体功能和总体健康、自我决策、自我减压、正性态度、自我效能感总分优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全方位护理组化疗不良反应发生率低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全方位护理干预对接受化疗的食管癌患者的效果确切,可有效提高患者的疾病认知水平和自我效能,减少不良反应,改善生活质量。Objective To explore the influence of all-round nursing on the quality of life and self-efficacy of patients with esophageal cancer undergoi ng chemotherapy.Methods Sixty patients with esophageal cancer treated by chemotherapy in the First People's Hospital of Pingdingshan from January 2018 to August 2019 were divided into routine nursing group(30 cases)and all-round nursing group(30 cases)according to the random mumber table method.The routine mursing group received basic nursing and the all-round mursing group received all-round psychological and physiological nursing intervention.The satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Total scores of cognitive function,social function,emotional role,physical function and general health,self-decision,self-decompression,positive attitude and self-eficacy of esophageal cancer before and after mursing of the two groups were compared.Incidence of adverse reactions of chemotherapy of the two groups was compared.Results The satisfaction of all-round nursing group(96.67%)was higher than that of routine nursing group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the total scores of cognitive function,social function,emotional role,physical function,general health,self-decision,self-decompression,positive atitude and self-eficacy between the two groups before nursing,there were no significant differences(P>0.05).The total scores of cognitive function,social function,emotional role,physical function and overall health,self-decision,self-decompression,positive at titude and self-effcacy of esophageal cancer in all-round nursing group were better than those in routine mursing group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of chemotherapy in all-round nursing group was lower than that in routine nursing group,and the difference was satistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion All-round mursing intervention has a definite effect on patients with esophageal cancer treated by chemotherapy,which can ef
