摘　　要：神经病理性疼痛(Neuropathic pain,NP)是慢性疼痛中一种较为顽固、难治愈的疾病,然而现有临床治疗方法有限,溯源在于其发病机制尚不清楚。在神经病理性疼痛模型中对疼痛行为进行量化可客观评价其疗效。其中,机械痛敏、热痛敏和冷痛敏的检测常作为机制研究和药物研发的基础性指标,已在动物实验中广泛应用,但仍难以全面评估其镇痛效果,存在一定局限性,亟需拓展综合且客观的疼痛评估和监测工具。为此,本文除介绍经典的疼痛行为学检测指标外,还延伸了其辅助指标,如步态分析、转棒和旷场实验等。Neuropathic pain(NP)is a kind of chronic pain which is stubborn and difficult to cure.However,the current clinical treatment is limited because its pathogenesis is not clear.The therapeutic effect of neuropathic pain can be evaluated objectively by quantifying the pain-like behavior.Among them,the detection of mechanical allodynia,thermal hyperalgesia and cold pain sensitivity are often used as the basic indexes of mechanism research and drug development,and have been widely used in animal experiments,but it is still difficult to evaluate the analgesic effect comprehensively because of some limitations.Comprehensive and objective pain assessment and monitoring tools need to be developed urgently.This paper introduces the classical pain behavioral indicators,and extendes its auxiliary indicators,such as gait analysis,rotarod test and open field experiments.
