摘　　要：神经病理性疼痛(Neuropathic pain,NP)是由神经损伤引起的疼痛,表现为一种慢性、持续的症状,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前神经病理性疼痛的药物治疗效果不佳,且存在明显的不良反应,如阿片类药物具有较强的镇痛作用,但易引起药物成瘾和依赖性等不良反应。所以要想达到理想的治疗效果,探讨神经病理性疼痛的病理生理过程是不可或缺的。神经病理性疼痛的产生可能与兴奋性抑制失衡有关,由囊泡释放的神经递质与多种蛋白质相互作用,参与了疼痛信号的传递。可溶性N-乙基马来酰亚胺敏感性因子附着型蛋白受体(Soluble N-ethylmaie-sensitive factor attachment protein receptors,SNARE)复合物SNAP-25在囊泡胞吐中起关键作用,通过下调SNAP-25来抑制突触前膜释放伤害性神经递质,进而达到镇痛效果。Neuropathic pain(NP)is pain caused by nerve damage,manifesting as a chronic,persistent symptom that seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The current drug treatment for neuropathic pain is ineffective and has obvious side effects.For example,opioids have a strong analgesic effect,but they are easy to cause adverse reactions such as drug addiction and dependence.Therefore,in order to achieve the desired therapeutic effect,it is indispensable to explore the pathophysiological process of neuropathic pain.The generation of neuropathic pain may be related to the imbalance of excitatory inhibition,including the interaction of neurotransmitters released by vesicles and a variety of proteins participates in the transmission of pain signals.SNAP-25 of the SNARE complex plays a key role in vesicular exocytosis,and downregulation of SNAP-25 inhibits the release of nociceptive neurotransmitters from the presynaptic membrane for analgesia.
