摘　　要：目的:描述恶性肿瘤儿童父母创伤后应激障碍现状,探讨其与一般自我效能感的相关性。方法:采用创伤后应激障碍检查量表(平民版)、一般自我效能感量表对三所三级甲等医院住院的200例恶性肿瘤儿童父母进行问卷调查。结果:恶性肿瘤儿童父母创伤后应激障碍阳性率为31.5%,得分为(43.02±13.98)分,与自我效能感呈负相关(r=-0.263,P<0.01)。结论:恶性肿瘤儿童父母创伤后应激障碍处于中重度水平,自我效能感与其呈弱负相关。恶性肿瘤儿童父母创伤后应激障碍应引起临床工作人员的重视,早期识别并预防创伤后应激障碍的发生,采用有效干预措施提高其自我效能感以降低创伤事件带来的心理冲击。Objective:To describe the status of post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)in parents of children with malignant tumor and to explore the correlation between PTSD and general self-efficacy.Methods:The parents of 200 children with malignant tumor were surveyed by the post-traumatic stress disorder checklist(civilian version)and the general self-efficacy checklist in three Class A GradeⅢhospitals.Results:The positive rate of PTSD in parents of children with malignant tumor was 31.5%,and the score was(43.02±13.98),which was negatively correlated with self-efficacy(r=-0.263,P<0.01).Conclusion:The post-traumatic stress disorder of the parents of children with malignant tumor is in moderate to severe level,and self-efficacy is weakly negativelycorrelated with it,which should be paid more attention to by clinical staff,so as to identify and prevent the occurrence of PTSD earlier.To reduce the psychological impact of traumatic events,effective interventions should be taken to improve their sense of self-efficacy.
