摘　　要：目的:研究综合护理模式对双相情感性精神障碍患者不良情绪的影响。方法:选取我院收治的双相情感性精神障碍患者70例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(35例)与研究组(35例)。对照组采用常规护理模式,研究组采用综合护理模式。对比两组患者的治疗依从性、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分、躁狂量表(Business rules management systems,BRMS)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、肿瘤患者生活质量(QOL)评分等相关指标。结果:护理期间,研究组治疗依从性(88.57%)高于对照组(68.57%)(P<0.05);研究组护理后SDS评分、BRMS评分、HAMA评分、HAMD评分均较对照组低(P<0.05),QOL评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预能显著减轻双相情感性精神障碍患者抑郁、躁狂情绪,提高治疗依从性,且心理状态评价明显好转,生活质量明显提高。Objective :To study the influence of comprehensive nursing mode on the bad mood of patients with bipolar affective disorder.Methods:A total of 70 cases with bipolar affective disorder in our hospital were selected as research objects and they were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(35 cases). The control group adopted routine nursing mode;the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing mode. The treatment compliance,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,business rules management systems(BRMS)score,HAMD score,HAMA score,QOL score and other related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:During nursing,the treatment compliance of the observation group(88. 57%)was higher than that of the control group(68. 57%)(P<0. 05). SDS,BRMS,HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0. 05),and QOL scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0. 05).Conclusion :Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce depression and mania in patients with bipolar affective disorder and improve treatment compliance. The evaluation of mental state improved obviously,and the quality of life improved obviously.
