摘　　要：原发性静脉曲张是全球范围内常见的下肢静脉疾病,也是血管外科一种常见的疾病,该疾病在我国的发病人数已超1亿,有庞大的就诊需求和手术需求。在保守治疗无法达到治愈和传统手术有着较高的术后并发症发生率情况下,产生了多种多样的腔内微创治疗方式,如:热消融包括射频(Radio frequency ablation,RFA)、激光消融(Endovenous laser ablation,EVLA)、微波消融(Endovenous microwave ablation,EVMA)等;非热消融包括泡沫硬化疗法(Ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy,UGFS)、静脉内注射氰基丙烯酸酯胶水(N-butyl-2-cyanoacrylate,NBCA)、Tri Vex微创旋切术(Tri Vex minimally invasive circumcision,TIMIC)、机械力化学静脉内消融(Mechanochemical endovenous ablation,MOCA)等。各手术方式均有其优缺点,本文就目前较常用的手术方式进行综述。Primary varicose veins is not only a common lower limb venous disease in the world,but also a common disease in vascular surgery. The total number of this disease in China has exceeded 100 million,there is a huge demand for medical treatment and surgery. When cure cannot be achieved in conservative treatment and traditional surgery has high postoperative complications,a variety of endoluminal minimally invasive treatments have been produced,such as thermal ablation,including radiofrequency ablation,endovenous laser ablation,microwave ablation,etc.;Non-thermal ablation,including ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy,n-butyl-2-cyanoacrylate glue ablation,TriVex minimally invasive circumcision,mechanochemical endovenous ablation,etc. Each operation has its own advantages. In this paper,some commonly used surgical methods will be described.
