摘  要:为了开发一种兼具电磁屏蔽和阻燃性能的纱线,采用并捻复合的工艺,将芳纶长丝与不锈钢微丝并合加捻为复合纱线,纱线结构类似包缠纱,外层为不锈钢微丝缠绕,内层为芳纶,并对影响其性能的因素进行研究,采用正交试验优化得出最优性能参数。结果表明:复合纱的强度随着捻度增加到极值后缓慢递减,卷绕张力补偿对复合纱强度也存在类似影响。最佳并捻工艺参数为:捻度30 T·(10 cm)^(-1),卷绕张力补偿数为1.0 N,锭速控制在6000 r·min^(-1)时,该复合纱性能良好。In order to develop a yarn with both electromagnetic shielding and flame-retardant properties,aramid filament and stainless steel microwire are combined and twisted into a composite yarn by a parallel-twisting process.The structure of the yarn is similar to that of wrapping yarn.The inner layer is aramid filament which is wound with stainless steel microwire.The factors affecting its performance are studied,and the optimal performance parameters are obtained by orthogonal experiment optimization.The results show that the strength of the composite yarn decreases slowly as the twist increases to an extreme value,and the winding tension compensation also has a similar effect on the strength of the composite yarn.The best twisting process parameters are as follows:the twist is 30 T·(10 cm)^(-1),the winding tension compensation is 1.0 N,and the spindle speed is 6000 r·min^(-1),the composite yarn has good performance.
