钩活术疗法治疗颈腰椎病的理论及临床特色探析

摘　　要：钩活术是中西医理论指导下的一种创新疗法,是指在中西医理论指导下利用中医特异专利钩鍉针,通过钩、割、挑、刺、推、钻、弹、剥、捣和抽等10种方法治疗骨关节疾病的一种无菌操作技术,在临床中治疗颈腰椎病,疗效显著,本研究从中西医角度出发,探析钩活术疗法的理论机制,并对其临床学术特色进行阐述和归纳总结。Hook activation therapy is an innovation under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese and western medicine,it uses specific patent needle of traditional Chinese medicine,through hooking,cutting,picking,puncturing,pushing,drilling,flicking,plucking,smashing and drawing these ten kinds of manipulations,to treat joint diseases.The therapy can take immediate and distinct effect in the clinical treatment of cervical and lumbar diseases.This study explored the theoretical mechanism of hook activation therapy and expounded and summarized its academic characteristics from the perspective of Chinese and western medicine.
