摘　　要：皮部浅刺针法是基于传统医学皮部理论以及现代医学解剖、功能学说及肠-脑-皮轴学说所发展的新型针刺治疗手法,本法由天津中医药大学第一附属医院针灸部付于主任提出,通过针刺量化处理及20余年临床治疗经验总结而成,临床收效良好,且能显著提高临床患者对于针刺治疗的依从性。本研究从理论基础、操作手法、取效机制及现代医学机制4方面阐述皮部浅刺针法在传统医学针刺治疗手法中的重要地位及其治疗优势,以期为临床针刺治疗提供借鉴参考。Shallow needling of cutaneous regions is a new acupuncture treatment method based on TCM theory of cutaneous regions and modern theories of anatomy,function theory and gut-brain-skin axis.This method was put forward by professor FU Yu based on quantitative reformation of acupuncture and 20 years of clinical experience.The clinical effect of shallow needling is effective,it can significantly improve the clinical compliance of the patients.This study elaborated the important position and treatment advantages of shallow needling in traditional acupuncture from the aspects of theoretical basis,manual manipulations,effect mechanism and modern medical mechanism,so as to provide reference for clinical acupuncture treatment.
