摘 要:目的探究重点压力管理干预在本院医务人员心理健康情况中的应用效果。方法选取本院2018年6月—2019年6月内科、外科、急诊、重症监护室(ICU)、医技、管理科医务人员500例。将急诊、ICU、外科人员分为观察组(234例),其他科室人员分为对照组(266例),观察组采用重点干预,对照组进行一般干预。比较两组成员干预后精神症状自评量表(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)评分及干预后不良心理症状发生率。结果干预前,两组成员的SCL-90量表评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组躯体化、强迫、抑郁、人际关系、焦虑、恐怖、敌对、偏执、精神症状等评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组干预后出现容易与人争论、暴躁、缺乏信任、迷失自我、实施反复行为等不良心理症状发生率显著低于对照组(χ;=31.49,P=0.00)。结论压力管理干预能有效缓解医务人员工作压力,其中重点干预后,对医务人员心理健康提高效果更为显著,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of stress key management intervention on mental health of medical staff in our hospital.Methods Selected 500 medical staff in internal medicine,surgery,emergency department,intensive care unit(ICU),medical technology,and management department in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019.The personnel of emergency department,ICU,and surgery department were selected as the observation group(234 cases),and other department medical staff were divided into the control group(266 cases).The observation group used key intervention and the control group received general intervention.The scores of the symptom checklist-90(SCL-90)scale and the incidence of adverse psychological symptoms after the intervention of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of SCL-90 between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of somatization,obsession,depression,interpersonal relationships,anxiety,terror,hostility,paranoia,and mental symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After the intervention,the incidence of adverse psychological symptoms such as easy to argue with people,irritability,lack of trust,loss of self,and repeated behavior in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(χ;=31.49,P=0.00).Conclusion Stress management intervention can effectively alleviate the work pressure of medical staff.After the key intervention,the effect of improving the mental health of medical staff is more significant,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
