硝呋太尔在宫颈炎治疗中的效果及对炎性介质的影响

摘　　要：目的探究宫颈炎抗菌治疗中应用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏的疗效以及对炎性介质的影响。方法选择2018年6月—2020年6月在深圳市坪山区人民医院进行诊疗的110例宫颈炎患者进行对比研究,分组方法选择数字随机法,55例患者接受克霉唑栓治疗纳入对照组,55例患者在对照组治疗基础上增加使用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏纳入观察组,对比两组患者总体治疗效果以及治疗前后炎性介质CRP、IL-6、PCT变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组临床疗效(96.36%)优于对照组疗效(85.45%),数据差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.960,P=0.046);治疗后观察组患者炎性介质CRP、IL-6、PCT指标检测水平相比于对照组改善明显,数据对比差异有统计学意义(t=5.678,5.051,4.781;P=0.022,0.028,0.040)。结论宫颈炎患者在进行抗菌治疗的过程中使用硝呋太尔栓制霉菌素阴道软膏可以有效提高临床治疗效果,同时对炎性介质的改善起到积极影响,有助于减轻炎性反应,缓解症状,值得在临床上广泛推广与应用。Objective To explore the efficacy of nifuratel nystatin vaginal ointment in the treatment of cervicitis and its effect on inflammatory mediators.Methods A total of 110 cases of cervicitis patients treated in Pingshan People’s Hospital of Shenzhen from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected for comparative study,and divided into two groups by digital random method.55 cases were treated with clotrimazole suppository and included in the control group.55 cases were treated with nifuratel suppository vaginal ointment on the basis of control group treatment and included in the observation group.CRP,IL-6,PCT were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group(96.36%)was better than that of the control group(85.45%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.960,P=0.046).After treatment,the detection levels of inflammatory mediators CRP,IL-6 and PCT in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.678,5.051,4.781;P=0.022,0.028,0.040).Conclusion Cervicitis patients in the process of antibacterial treatment using nifuratel suppository vaginal ointment can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,at the same time to improve the inflammatory medium has a positive impact,help to reduce the inflammatory reaction,alleviate symptoms,is worth widely promoted and applied in clinical.
