复方盐酸阿替卡因注射液在牙体牙髓病治疗中的价值

摘　　要：目的研究临床中牙体牙髓病治疗中采用复方盐酸阿替卡因注射液的应用价值。方法选取2019年12月—2020年10月我科收取的牙体牙髓病患者100例,按照就诊先后次序分组,其中50例患者(对照组)给予利多卡因+肾上腺素行麻醉操作,剩余50例(观察组)给予复方盐酸阿替卡因注射液行麻醉操作,对比不同药物的麻醉效果。结果观察组麻醉起效时间短于对照组(P<0.05),而麻醉持续时间却显著长于对照组(P<0.05);观察组麻醉总有效率和总满意度远远优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总不良反应发生率远低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论牙体牙髓病患者在治疗期间采用复方盐酸阿替卡因注射液麻醉操作的麻醉效果优、安全性高、患者满意度高,故该麻醉药物值得临床推广和借鉴。Objective To study the clinical application value of compound articaine hydrochloride injection in the treatment of dental pulp disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with dental and endodontic diseases collected by our department from December 2019 to October 2020 were selected and grouped according to the order of treatment.Among them,50 patients(control group)were given lidocaine+epinephrine for anesthesia.The remaining 50 cases(observation group)were given compound articaine hydrochloride injection for anesthesia,and the anesthetic effects of different drugs were compared with each other.Results The time for onset of anesthesia in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the duration of anesthesia was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effect rate and the total satisfaction rate were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound articaine hydrochloride injection anesthesia operation in patients with dental pulp disease during the treatment period has excellent anesthesia effect,high safety and high patient satisfaction,so this anesthetic drug is worthy of extensive clinical promotion and reference.
