消痛散结片辅助治疗甲状腺良性结节的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨消痛散结片辅助治疗甲状腺良性结节的临床效果。方法选取2019年10月—2020年9月我院收治的133例甲状腺良性结节患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=66)和对照组(n=67),两组患者均给予生活指导,在此基础上,对照组口服左甲状腺素钠片治疗,观察组口服左甲状腺素钠片联合消痛散结片治疗,两组均连续治疗6个月后比较治疗前后甲状腺结节最大径及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组甲状腺结节最大径小于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后甲状腺结节最大径小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组显效16例,有效38例,总有效率为81.8%,对照组显效12例,有效32例,总有效率为65.7%,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺良性结节患者在左甲状腺素钠片基础上联合消痛散结片治疗效果较好,可显著降低甲状腺结节最大径,提高治疗有效率,建议临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaotong Sanjie Tablets in adjuvant treatment of benign thyroid nodules.Methods A total of 133 patients with benign thyroid nodules who came to our hospital for treatment from October 2019 to September 2020were collected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group(n=66)and the control group(n=67)according to the random number table method,and two patients in the group were given life guidance.On this basis,the control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets orally,and the observation group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets combined with Xiaotong Sanjie tablets.The maximum diameter of thyroid nodules and its clinical efficacy.Results After treatment,the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules in the two groups was smaller than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,16 cases were markedly effective,38 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 81.8%.In the control group,12 cases were markedly effective,32 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 65.7%,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with benign thyroid nodules,the treatment effect of Xiaotong Sanjie tablets on the basis of levothyroxine sodium tablets is better,which can significantly reduce the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules and improve the effective rate of treatment.It is recommended for clinical application.
