某军工单位无纸化结算系统的优化探究

摘　　要：针对某军工单位纸质结算单存在的手工录入效率低、结算成本高以及数据无法与相关系统关联等问题,在现存OA系统的基础上,建立了一套适用于该单位的自动化结算系统,并将该系统应用于该单位的生产实践中。结果表明该系统实现了自动提取数据、自动分析统计以及可实时查询的功能,降低了人工劳动强度,提高了结算效率,为其他企业提供重要的参考价值。On this question such as low efficiency of manual entry,high settlement cost and no data associated with relevant systems,an automatic settlement system suitable for the military unit is founded in the existing()A system.And the system is applied to the productive practice of the military unit.The results show that the functions of automatic extraction of data,automatic analysis and statistics and real-time query have been realized in the system.And it can reduce the labor intensity and improve the settlement efficiency.providing important reference value for other enterprises.
