摘  要:以普洱市十县(区)第三次全国国土调查成果以及第二次全国土地调查以来10年间年度变更调查数据中建设用地的变化情况为研究对象,采用定性分析和定量评价方法分析土地利用与国民经济发展的协调程度以及建设用地节约集约利用水平,揭示普洱市节约集约利用总体情况和区域差异,并在此基础上提出节约集约利用土地的建议,目的是为国土空间规划编制、低效用地再开发等工作提供支撑。Taking the results of The Third National Land Survey in ten counties of Pu er City and the changes of construction land in the annual change survey data in the past 10 years since The Second National Land Survey as research objects,this paper uses the qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation methods to analyze the coordination degree between land use and national economic development and the level of economical and intensive use of construction land,and reveals the overall situation and regional differences of economical and intensive land use in Pu er City.On this basis,some suggestions on economical and intensive land use are put forward in order to provide technical support for the land spatial planning and the redevelopment of inefficient land use.
