咽部刺营技术治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察咽部刺营技术治疗伴有咽部异物感的慢性肥厚性咽炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年9月~2020年9月于我院就诊的84例伴有咽部异物感的慢性肥厚性咽炎患者,随机分为两组。治疗组使用金嗓利咽丸联合咽部刺营技术,对照组使用金嗓利咽丸。并于就诊时、治疗1周时、停止治疗1个月时患者均行电子纤维喉镜检查、并填写HAMD[1]和HAMA[2]并进行疗效评价。结果两种方案均能够改善伴有咽部异物感的慢性肥厚性咽炎患者的病情,但治疗组效果优于对照组,且长期疗效也较好。结论咽部刺营技术治疗伴有咽部异物感的慢性肥厚性咽炎的疗效显著,可推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of pharynx acupuncture technique in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis accompanied by foreign body sensation in the pharynx.Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis with foreign body sensation in the pharynx who were treated in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group used Jinsang Liyan pill combined with pharyngeal needling Ying technique,and the control group used Jinsang Liyan pill.And at the time of treatment,1 week of treatment,and 1 month of stopping treatment,all patients underwent electronic fiber laryngoscopy,filled in HAMD[1]and HAMA[2]and evaluated the efficacy.Results Both programs can improve the condition of patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis with foreign body sensation in the pharynx,and the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,and the long-term effect is also better.Conclusion Pharyngeal acupuncture technique is effective in treating chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis accompanied by foreign body sensation in the pharynx,and it can be popularized and applied.
