中西医结合治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血的临床效果。方法选取118例围绝经期异常子宫出血患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组与对照组,每组59例。对照组行诊刮术配合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片口服治疗,研究组在基础上增加阿胶当归汤加减治疗。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后性激素水平及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为98.31%,明显高于对照组的83.05%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组雌二醇(E_(2))、促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组E_(2)、LH、FSH水平均明显低于治疗前,且研究组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为6.78%、5.08%,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对围绝经期异常子宫出血患者,在西医行诊刮术配合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗基础上,结合阿胶当归汤进行治疗,可有效改善患者性激素水平,明显提升疗效,且安全性较高,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine on perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 118 patients with perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding were selected and divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 59 patients in each group.The control group was treated with curettage combined with ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets,while the research group was treated with ejiao angelica decoction.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone levels and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 98.31%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.05%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of estradiol(E_(2)),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of E_(2),LH and FSH in 2 groups were significantly lower than before,and those in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group and the control group was 6.78%and 5.08%,respectively,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding,on the basis of western medicine curettage combined with ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablet treatment,combined with done^jiao Angelica decoction treatment,can effectively improve the patienfs sex hormone level,significantly improve the curative effect,and high safety,has high application value.
