消糜栓联合甲硝唑片治疗滴虫性阴道炎合并慢性宫颈炎的疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的观察消糜栓联合甲硝唑片治疗滴虫性阴道炎合并慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取80例滴虫性阴道炎合并慢性宫颈炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,各40例。治疗组采用消糜栓联合甲硝唑片治疗,对照组仅用甲硝唑片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血清炎性因子水平、不良反应发生情况及复发率。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,明显高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)及白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组hs-CRP、IL-10及IL-2水平较治疗前均降低,且治疗组降低幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为15.0%,对照组为12.5%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访6个月,治疗组复发率为7.5%,明显低于对照组的30.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消糜栓联合甲硝唑片治疗滴虫性阴道炎合并慢性宫颈炎效果显著,可降低血清炎性因子水平,复发率低,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Xiaomi suppository combined with metronidazole tablets in the treatment of trichomonas vaginitis combined with chronic cervicitis.Methods 80 patients with trichomoniasis vaginitis complicated with chronic cervicitis were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Xiaomi suppositories combined with metronidazole tablets,while the control group was treated with metronidazole tablets only.The clinical efficacy,the levels of inflammatory factors,the incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,significantly higher than that of the control group(72.5%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of hs-CRP,IL-10 and IL-2 between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-10 and IL-2 in both groups were decreased compared with before treatment,and the decrease extent in treatment group was greater than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 15.0%in the treatment group and 12.5%in the control group,with no significant difference(P>0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 7.5%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(30.0%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaomi suppository combined with metronidazole tablets in the treatment of trichomoniasis vaginitis combined with chronic cervicitis has a significant effect,can reduce the level of serum mflammatory factors,low recurrence rate,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
