血清降钙素原检验在妇科感染性疾病治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清降钙素原检验在妇科感染性疾病治疗中的应用价值。方法选取36例妇科感染性疾病患者为研究组;另选取同期36例健康人群为对照组。两组均行血清降钙素原检验,比较两组血清降钙素原水平、研究组治疗效果及治疗前后血清降钙素原水平变化情况。结果研究组血清降钙素原水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗后,研究组患者21例(58.33%)治愈,12例(33.33%)好转,3例(8.33%)无效,治疗总有效率为91.67%。研究组患者治疗后3、7 d血清降钙素原水平均低于治疗前,且治疗7 d血清降钙素原水平低于治疗3 d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科感染性疾病的诊断、治疗期间,血清降钙素原可作为早期识别患者感染及其程度的指标,可进一步提高疾病诊断、治疗效率,帮助医师更好判断患者病情变化,对早期诊断、预后评估具有十分重要的临床意义。Objective To explore the application value of serum procalcitonin test in diagnosis of gynecological ifectious diseases.Methods 36 patients with gynecological infectious diseases were selected as the study group.Another 36 healthy people were selected as the healthy group.Serum procalcitonin test was performed in both groups to compare the serum procalcitonin level between the two groups,the therapeutic efect of the study group and the changes of serum procalcitonin level before and after treatment Results The serum procalcitonin level in the study group was significantly higher than that in the healthy group,and the difference was statisticaly signifcant(P<0.05).After treatment,21 cases(58.33%)were cured,12 cases(33.33%)were improved,and 3 cases(8.33%)were inffective.The tota1 effective rate was 91.67%.In the study group,serum calcitonin raw water at 3 and 7 days after treatment was lower than before,and serum procalcitonin level at 7 days after treatment was lower than 3 days after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion During the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological infectious discases,scrum procalcitonin can be used as an indicator of early identification of patients'infection and its degree,which can further improve the efficiency of disease diagnosis and treatment,help physicians better judge the changes of patients'conditions,and has very important clinical significance for early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation.
