摘 要:为了研究触壁偏心和非触壁偏心不耦合装药结构条件下岩石损伤效应和炮孔孔壁压力,采用Ansys/ls-dyna有限元软件对不同偏心不耦合系数时爆炸荷载作用下的岩石损伤进行数值模拟。结果表明,靠近装药侧岩石破碎区域较为明显;触壁偏心不耦合装药结构条件下,随不耦合系数的增加,岩石破碎区半径呈现逐渐减小的趋势,岩石裂隙区半径呈先增大后减小的变化规律。装药不耦合系数对相应测点的孔壁压力有着重要影响,距药卷最近的测点孔壁压力峰值最大。非触壁偏心不耦合装药结构条件下,随药包中心与炮孔中心距离的增加,岩石破碎区和裂隙区半径均呈现逐渐增加的趋势。In order to study the rock damage effect and the blasthole wall pressure under contact and non-contact eccentric decouple charges,the Ansys/ls-dyna finite element software is used to numerically simulate the rock damage caused by the blast load with different eccentric decouple coefficients.The results show that the rock fragmentation area near the charge side is more obvious;under the condition of contact eccentric decouple charge,with the increase of the decouple coefficient,the radius of the rock fragmentation area gradually decreases,and the radius of the rock fracture area first increases and then decreases.The charge decouple coefficient has a major effect on the blasthole wall pressure at the corresponding measuring point,and the peak value of the blasthole wall pressure is the highest at the measuring point closest to the charge.Under the condition of non-contact eccentric decouple charge,with the increase of the distance between the center of the charge and the center of the blasthole,both the radius of the rock fragmentation area and that of the fracture area show a trend of gradual increase.
