摘　　要：本文介绍了某公司利用6万吨/年改性沥青生产装置,以渤海环烷基重质原油生产的中海绥中36-1沥青为原料,进行I-D级SBS改性沥青工业转化实验的生产流程和工艺参数。本文以实验室小试和中试装置取得的数据为依据,经过不断优化,最终生产出了性能优良的SBS改性沥青产品;同时,本文对影响改性沥青产品性能的因素进行了适当的探讨。This paper introduces a company's industrial conversion experiment of ID grade SBS modified asphalt using a 60,000-ton/year modified asphalt production unit,using Zhonghai Suizhong 36-1 asphalt produced from Bohai naphthenic heavy crude oil as raw material Production process and process parameters.In this paper,based on the data obtained from the laboratory test and pilot plant,after continuous optimization,SBS modified asphalt products with excellent performance are finally produced;at the same time,this paper appropriately discusses the factors affecting the performance of modified asphalt products.
