摘　　要：文章描述了医学图书馆应对重大突发公共事件时的联动机制制定策略,主要从图书馆内部的业务整合形成联动机制、利用学校图书馆工作委员会实施校内联动机制、图书馆与社区图书室联动、图书馆和政府应急管理部门实施联动、通过图书馆联盟实现各类图书馆联动等5个方面给出建议,为强化图书馆面对重大突发事件的应急服务机制和服务能力建设提供参考。This paper describes the formulation strategy of the linkage mechanism of the medical library in response to major public emergencies,mainly from the internal business integration of the library to form the linkage mechanism,the use of the school library working committee to implement the school linkage mechanism,the linkage between the library and the community library,the linkage between the library and the government emergency management department,and through the library alliance to realize the linkage of various libraries,this paper gives some suggestions from five aspects.It provides a reference for strengthening the emergency service mechanism and service capacity construction of the library in the face of major emergencies.
