度拉糖肽辅助治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：为了探讨度拉糖肽辅助治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效,文章选择常熟市第二人民医院64名已行激光光凝术后的糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和研究组各32例。两组患者均给予联合羟苯磺酸钙连续治疗8周,对照组给予甘精胰岛素治疗,研究组则给予度拉糖肽治疗。结果显示,治疗8周后研究组空腹血糖和血红蛋白均低于对照组,比较均有效显著统计学差异性(P均<0.05),但两者患者的VEGF比较仍无显著差异性(P均>0.05)。研究组的总有效率为72.00%,显著高于对照组的47.92%,比较有显著统计学差异性(P<0.05)。治疗8周后研究组的视野灰度值、视网膜厚度、黄斑中心凹厚度及视野平均缺损均显著低于对照组,比较均有显著统计学差异性(P均<0.05)。结论:度拉糖肽能够有效控制糖尿病视网膜病变患者的血糖,从而减慢其病情进展、提高其视力情况。In order to explore the clinical effect of diabetic retinopathy treated with dulaglycopeptide. It chooses 64diabetic retinopathy patients who had undergone laser photocoagulation were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group, 32 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with calcium dobesilate for eight weeks, the control group was treated with insulin glargine, and the study group was treated with dulaglycopeptide.Results show after eight weeks of treatment, fasting blood glucose and hemoglobin in the study group were lower than those in the control group, which were effective and statistically significant(P<0. 05), but there was still no significant difference in VEGF between the two patients(P>0. 05). The total effective rate of the study group was 72. 00%,which was significantly higher than 47. 92% of the control group(P<0. 05). After eight weeks of treatment, the gray value of visual field, the thickness of posterior retina, macular fovea and the average defect of visual field in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P< 0. 05). Conclusion: The dulaglycopeptide can effectively control the blood sugar of patients with diabetic retinopathy, so as to slow down the progress of the disease and improve the vision.
