摘　　要：《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)的签署为推动江苏服务贸易高质量发展带来重大机遇。文章对江苏与RCEP成员国服务贸易情况进行了数据分析,针对RCEP对江苏服务贸易的可能影响进行研判。在此基础上,提出推动优势服务业“走出去”开拓市场、推动先进制造业与生产性服务业融合发展、着力发展与货物贸易相关的服务业、抢抓RCEP机遇发展数字服务贸易、充分挖掘生活性服务业市场潜力的对策建议。The signing of the regional comprehensive economic partnership agreement( RCEP) has brought great opportunities to promote the highquality development of Jiangsu’ s service trade. This paper analyzes the data of service trade between Jiangsu and RCEP member countries, and studies and judges the possible impact of RCEP on Jiangsu’s service trade. On this basis, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the “going out” of advantageous service industry to explore the market, promote the integrated development of advanced manufacturing industry and producer service industry, focus on the development of service industry related to goods trade, seize the opportunity to develop digital service trade, and fully tap the market potential of living service industry.
