摘　　要：监理服务质量的好坏,直接关系到工程建设的顺利与否。对监理服务质量进行有效客观的评价,对工程建设和行业发展有着重要的作用。通过熵权理论与模糊理论相结合的方法,建立评价指标体系和评判矩阵,计算各指标的熵权,对监理服务质量进行模糊评价。The quality of supervision service is directly related to the success of project construction.Effective and objective evaluation of supervision service quality plays an important role in engineering construction and industry development.Through the combination of entropy weight theory and fuzzy theory,the evaluation index system and evaluation matrix are established,the entropy weight of each index is calculated,and the supervision service quality is evaluated.
