摘　　要：风险管理是总承包项目管理中的关键要素。文章通过对总承包项目中常见的工期风险和成本风险进行梳理分析并提供应对方案,以期为总承包项目管理人员提供帮助。Risk management is a key element in EPC project management.This article sorts out and analyzes the common duration risks and cost risks of EPC projects and provides countermeasures to help the EPC project managers.
