摘　　要：传统的劳动密集型生产制造企业,面临较大的劳务人员管理压力,劳务人员管理始终是企业的管理难题。在本文中通过对人脸识别、红外传感器、酒精传感器、AI模式识别等智能化技术的深入研究,构建全方位的劳务智慧管理体系,减少劳务人员日常管理盲区,降低劳务人员管理工作量,提高管理效率,为传统地铁管片车间向数字化车间转型升级提供有效的数字化、智能化劳务智慧管理工具,切实提高劳务管理效率。Traditional labor-intensive manufacturing enterprises face greater pressure on labor management,and labor management is always a management problem for enterprises.In this paper,through in-depth research on intelligent technologies such as face recognition,infrared sensor,alcohol sensor,AI pattern recognition,etc.,to build a comprehensive intelligent management system for labor services,reduce the blind spots in the daily management of labor personnel,reduce the management workload of labor personnel,and improve labor efficiency.Management efficiency,providing effective digital and intelligent labor management tools for the transformation and upgrading of traditional subway segment workshops to digital workshops,and effectively improving labor management efficiency.
