摘  要:目的观察在肥胖多学科门诊联合移动医疗应用程序(APP)辅助体重管理对超重或肥胖患者的减重效果。方法80例超重或肥胖患者随机均分为两组,B组予以常规肥胖门诊体重管理,A组在此基础上联合移动医疗APP辅助体重管理。观察两组干预4、8和12周后体重相关指标、体成分、肥胖相关代谢指标、摄食量及行为方式变化情况。结果74例患者完成随访(A组39例,B组35例)。A组干预12周后体重较干预前下降(9.2±3.9)%,高于B组的(6.0±5.0)%(P<0.01);A组减重≥5%患者比例高于B组(87.2%vs.51.4%)(P<0.01)。A组干预12周后体重、BMI、体脂肪、体脂百分比、躯干脂肪、内脏脂肪面积、糖化血红蛋白、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及蛋白质供能比等方面改善均优于B组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论在肥胖多学科门诊联合移动医疗APP辅助体重管理利于超重或肥胖患者有效减重,并改善体成分及肥胖相关代谢指标。Objective To observe the weight loss efficacy of the mobile health application(m-Health APP)in the patients with overweight or obesity in obesity multidisciplinary clinic.MethodsEighty patients with overweight or obesity were equally randomized into two groups of A and B.The patients in group B accepted conventional weight management in obesity clinic,while those in group A received the additional m-Health APP.The changes of body weight-related indexes,body composition,metabolic indexes,food consumption and behavioral pattern were observed in the 4;,8;and 12;week after intervention in both groups.Results The follow-up was completed in 39 cases in group A and 35 cases in group B.Compared with before,the decrease of body weight in the 12;week after intervention in group A was(9.2±3.9)%(P<0.01),which was higher than(6.0±5.0)%in group B(P<0.01).The percentage of the patients with weight loss≥5%in group A was higher than that in group B(87.2%vs.51.4%)(P<0.01).The improvements after 12 weeks in body weight,BMI,body fat,percentage of body fat,trunk fat,area of visceral fat,glycosylated hemoglobin,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and the ratio of protein energy supplement in group A were better than those in group B(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Application of m-Health APP in obesity multidisciplinary clinic benefits for the effective weight loss and improves the body composition and obesity-related metabolic indicators in the patients with overweight or obesity.
