摘 要:长距离顶管施工中顶管脱困是一项工程难题。重庆观景口项目2号无压隧洞超长距离顶管施工中出现卡管,通过分析,提出分段破管增加临时中继间方案。实践表明,该技术通过在顶管位置破断管段安装临时中继间,有效地缩短中继间之间的距离,减少局部顶距,成功减小顶力,解决了岩石地层中超长距离岩石顶管卡管的问题,保证了施工周期,提高了经济效益,研究结果可为解决长距离硬岩顶管施工中卡管问题提供参考。It is a difficult engineering problem to release stuck pipe in long distance pipe jacking construction.Aiming at the stuck pipe in non-pressure tunnel ultra-long pipe jacking construction of Guanjingkou Project,the scheme of segmented pipe breaking and increased temporary relay room is put forward.The practice shows that this technology can effectively shorten the distance between relay rooms,reduce top distance and jacking force by installing temporary relay rooms in pipe jacking section.The technology successfully solves the problem of stuck pipe in ultra-long pipe jacking in rock stratum,which ensures the construction cycle and improves the economic benefit.The research results can provide a reference for stuck pipe in long-distance hard rock pipe jacking construction.
