摘  要:为了进行多点电流测量,并实现实时检测,研制了一种基于STM32与WCS1800霍尔电流传感器的多点电流采集与监视系统。该系统集成9路霍尔电流传感器,可实现9点的电流感应。以STM32F429为系统的控制核心,采用串口通信的RS232协议与PC机连接,实现传感器-终端机-上位机的设计。基于MATLAB GUI界面开发环境,进行系统的上位机软件设计,在上位机上开发当前电流显示区与电流曲线显示区,以实现实时采集与检测,并在上位机中进行数据的保存与再处理。经实验调试表明,系统运行稳定,可应用于多种需电流采集的生产现场。In order to measure multipoint current and realize real-time detection,a multipoint current acquisition and monitoring system based on STM32 and WCS1800 Hall current sensor is developed.The system integrates 9-way Hall current sensor,which can realize 9-point current sensing.Taking STM32F429 as the control core of the system,the RS232 protocol of serial communication is used to connect with PC to realize the design of sensor terminal host computer.Based on MATLAB GUI interface development environment,the host computer software of the system is designed.The current display area and current curve display area are developed on the host computer to realize real-time acquisition and detection,and the data is saved and reprocessed in the host computer.The experimental debugging shows that the system runs stably and can be applied to a variety of production sites requiring current acquisition.
