摘  要:【目的】揭示和明确雪茄烟品种Beinhart 1000-1抗赤星病的遗传规律。【方法】以抗病雪茄烟品种Beinhart 1000-1为父本、感病烤烟品种红花大金元为母本杂交、自交构建重组自交系群体F_(7),对各单世代(P_(1)、P_(2)和F_(7))的赤星病抗性采用混合遗传模型“主基因+多基因”进行遗传分析。【结果】重组自交系群体F_(7)赤星病抗性表型呈正态分布,表现典型的数量性状遗传,其最优遗传模型为4 MG-AI,受4对加性—上位性主基因控制、,第1对主基因的加性效应值最大(da=11.5371)、且主基因整体遗传效率为96.8392%。【结论】雪茄烟Beinhart 1000-1赤星病抗性遗传方式以主基因效应为主、环境效应小。因此,在烟草抗病育种过程中要重视利用主基因,应在早期世代对赤星病抗性性状进行选择。【Objective】The purpose of this study was to explore and determine the resistance inheritance of cigar tobacco cultivar Beinhart 1000-1 to brown spot.【Method】A recombinant inbred line population F_(7) was constructed with resistant cigar variety Beinhart 1000-1 and susceptible flue-cured tobacco variety Honghuadajinyuan as parents.The genetic analysis of brown spot resistance of each single generation(P_(1),P_(2) and F_(7))of the combination was carried out by using the mixed genetic model of‘major gene+polygene’.【Result】The phenotypic value of brown spot resistance to the recombinant inbred line population F_(7) showed continuous normal or nearly normal distribution,which belonging to typical quantitative inheritance.The optimal resistance genetic model for Beinhart 1000-1 was 4 MG-AI,which was controlled by 4 pairs of additive epistatic major gene models.Among the additive effects,the additive effect value of the first pair of major gene was the largest(da=11.5371),and the genetic efficiency of major gene was 96.8392%.【Conclusion】The inheritance of resistance to brown spot of cigar Beinhart 1000-1 is mainly controlled by major genes and less affected by the environment.Therefore,we should pay attention to the use of major genes in the process of resistance breeding of brown spot,and select the resistance trait in the early generation.
