摘  要:本文介绍了纤维素酶、半纤维素酶等生物酶在生物酶预处理木材原料、酶促打浆磨浆、生物法制浆、生物漂白、酶法脱墨、生物法废水处理等制浆造纸各工序中的应用和研究进展。采用生物酶技术不仅可以提升了生产效率,提高产品的质量,还能改善了传统造纸工艺中的废水污染、漂白效率低等难题,为造纸行业的发展带来了新的方向。但是,目前生物技术在造纸行业的应用中还存在一些不足,如何在各种环境下保持生物酶的活性,生物酶的获取、处理条件及反应时长等都是在制浆工业化生产中需要解决的问题。随着这些问题的逐步解决,生物酶在制浆造纸行业中必将得到更高效、广泛的应用。The application and research progress of cellulase hemicellulase and other biological enzymes in various processes of pulp and papermaking such as enzymatic pretreatment of wood raw materials,enzymatic beating and grinding,biological pulping,biological bleaching,enzymatic deinking and biological wastewater treatment were introduced in this paper.The use of biological enzyme can not only improve the production efficiency and product quality,but also improve the problems of wastewater pollution and low bleaching efficiency in the traditional papermaking process,which brings a new direction for the development of papermaking industry.However,there are still some deficiencies in the application of biological enzyme in the paper industry.How to maintain the activity of biological enzymes in various environments,the acquisition,treatment conditions and reaction time of biological enzymes are all difficulties to be solved in the industrial production of pulping.If these problems can be solved step by step,biological enzymes will be more efficient and widely used in pulp and paper industry.
