摘　　要：本文针对造纸实际工程设计中的浆水平衡计算问题,用数学方法进行分析,给出了求解过程。对浆水平衡计算中的循环回用问题进行了总结,给出了对常见求解困境的解决方法。最后,比较了3种计算工具的优缺点,发现基于模块化程序设计的软件MATLAB Simulink和LabVIEW更适合浆水平衡计算。In this paper,the pulp and water balance calculation in papermaking engineering design is analyzed by mathematical method,and the solution process is given.The reuse of process water is summarized,and the solutions to common difficulties in the pulp and water balance calculation are given.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of the three calculation tools are compared,and it is found that the software based on modular programming is more suitable for pulp and water balance calculation,such as MATLAB Simulink and LabVIEW.
