摘  要:针对供电所电能表周转柜承载量小、管理零散的问题,对基层电厂的计量周转柜进行了改造设计。该研究基于自助性、实用性、柔性可扩展性和智慧仓储管理性的设计原则,设计出兼容性和扩容性俱佳的新型智能计量周转柜,大大提高了智能电能表的周转效率。基于新型的智能周转柜,该研究还设计出新型的智能周转系统,该系统通过对接基层电网内部系统,实现智能电能表的查询、跟踪或者溯源,提高了电能表的智能化管理程度。通过试运行,与常规智能计量周转柜相比,该研究使电能计量的整体工作效率提高200%以上。Regarding the problems of small carrying capacity and scattered management of the electric energy meter turnover cabinet of the power supply station,the metering turnover cabinet of the grassroots power plant is transformed and designed.Based on the design principles of self-service,practicality,flexible scalability and smart storage management,a new type of smart metering turnover cabinet with good compatibility and scalability is designed,which greatly improves the turnover efficiency of smart energy meters.Based on the new type of intelligent turnover cabinet,this research also designs a new type of intelligent turnover system,which realizes the inquiry,tracking or traceability of the intelligent electric energy meter by connecting to the internal system of the grassroots power grid,improving the intelligent management of the electric energy meter.Through trial operation,compared with conventional smart metering turnover cabinets,this research has improved the overall work efficiency of electric energy metering by more than 200%.
