摘  要:目的 核因子E2相关因子2(nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor,Nrf2)通过调节细胞内多种基因的表达,从而编码抗氧化酶、解毒因子、抗凋亡蛋白和药物转运蛋白。若其在氧化应激中表达受抑制,会使细胞敏感性及毒性增强,细胞功能发生障碍。近来发现,在肿瘤细胞中,异常活跃的Nrf2通过调控细胞内一系列重要的代谢过程,使肿瘤细胞抗氧化能力增强,进而影响肿瘤细胞生长、增殖和死亡等重要的生命活动。我们对Nrf2基因在正常细胞与肿瘤细胞中的表达水平及合成代谢的差异、在不同肿瘤细胞中Nrf2的异常高表达与肿瘤的发生及患者生存率之间的关系进行综述,旨在为今后肿瘤的靶向研究提供依据。Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor(Nrf2) encodes antioxidant enzymes,detoxification factors,anti-withered death proteins and drug transporters by regulating the expression of many genes in cells.If its expression is inhibited in oxidative stress,the cell sensitivity and toxicity will be enhanced and the cell function will be impaired.Recently,it has been found that the abnormally active Nrf2 in tumor cells enhances the anti-oxidation ability of tumor cells through regulating a series of important metabolic processes,and affects the growth,proliferation and death of tumor cells.The paper reviews the difference of Nrf2 gene expression level and anabolism between normal cells and tumor cells,and the relationship between the abnormal high expression of Nrf2 in different tumor cells and the occurrence of tumor and the survival rate of patients,so as to provide basis for tumor targeting research in the future.
