摘  要:目的:了解浙江省二级生物安全实验室生物安全相关设备配备和使用情况,为进一步加强实验室生物安全相关设备管理提供依据。方法:对2007年浙江省病原微生物实验室管理信息网建立至2018年12月以来备案的二级生物安全实验室生物安全设备相关信息(共3698条数据)进行整理,采用SPSS 18.0对相关数据进行多个独立样本R×C列联表资料χ2检验,运用独立样本t检验及单因素方差对不同性质单位(医疗机构、疾控机构、科研机构、教育机构、出入境机构、企业)、不同级别单位(省级、市级、县级、社区、企业)和不同等级医院(三甲、三乙、二甲、二乙、社区、其他)的生物安全柜及高压灭菌器的配置和使用情况进行分析。结果:浙江省杭州市、宁波市和温州市设备拥有量最多,累计占比55.35%;A2型生物安全柜数量最多,占比67.69%,不同性质单位生物安全柜型号比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=61.197,P<0.001);疾控机构、三甲医院的生物安全柜和高压灭菌器的平均拥有量最多,不同性质单位、不同等级医院的生物安全柜和高压灭菌器平均拥有量比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为95.589、238.081,P均<0.001);不同性质单位、不同级别单位和不同等级医院的生物安全柜和高压灭菌器产地差异明显(P<0.001),但疾控机构、省级单位、三甲医院设备的国产与进口占比差异相对较小;大部分实验室生物安全柜和高压灭菌器的使用年限在7 a左右,检定校准周期在2 a左右,其中疾控机构的生物安全柜使用年限最长,约为9.7 a。结论:浙江省二级生物安全实验室生物安全柜和高压灭菌器配备和使用中存在基层医疗机构拥有量较少、使用周期过长、检定校准周期不及时等问题,浙江省卫生健康主管部门应加强对二级生物安全实验室的监督和管理。Objective To explore the configuration and use of biosafety-related equipment in the second-level biosafety laboratories in Zhejiang Province,and to provide a basis for strengthening the management of biosafety-related equipment in laboratories.Methods The information related to biosafety equipment in secondary biosafety laboratories(a total of 3698 pieces of data)from the online records from the establishment of the record management system of pathogenic microbiology laboratories in 2007 to December 2018 was collated,and the relevant data were tested using SPSS 18.0 with multiple independent samples R×C columnar information test.The configuration and use of biosafety cabinets and autoclaves in organizations of different nature(medical institutions,disease control institutions,research institutions,educational institutions,immigration institutions,enterprises),institutions of different levels(provincial institutions,municipal institutions,county institutions,community institutions,enterprises)and hospitals of different grades(grade A secondary hospital,grade B secondary hospital,community hospital and etc)were analyzed using independent samples t-test and one-way variance.Results Hangzhou,Ningbo and Wenzhou in Zhejiang Province had the most equipment,accounting for 55.35%cumulatively;type A2 biosafety cabinets were the most numerous among all the equipment,accounting for 67.69%,and there was a statistically significant difference between biosafety cabinet models in organizations of different nature(χ^(2)=61.197,P<0.001);COC institutions and grade A tertiary hospitals had the most biosafety cabinets and autoclaves on average,and there were statistically significant differences in the numbers of biosafety cabinets and autoclaves in different nature organizations and hospitals of different grades(χ^(2) values of being 95.589 and 238.081 respectively,all P<0.001);there were significant differences in the origin of biosafety cabinets and autoclaves in organizations of different nature,institutions of different leve
