摘　　要：阐述了可穿戴透析设备的纵向历程与国内外横向研究现状,介绍了影响可穿戴透析设备研发进展的3个主要影响因素——体积与质量、透析膜材料和尿素去除技术,分析了当下可穿戴透析设备的不足并进行展望,以期对国内可穿戴透析设备的发展提供参考。The history of the wearable dialysis equipment and its research status were described.The three main factors affecting the progress of the wearable dialysis equipment were introduced,including volume and weight,dialysis membrane material and urea removal technology.The shortcomings of current wearable dialysis equipment were analyzed and prospected so as to provide references for the development of the wearable dialysis equipment in China.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2022,43(3):96-100,105]
