摘  要:非晶复合材料不仅具有非晶合金高强度、高硬度、优异的磁学和耐摩擦磨损特性,而且有效改善了非晶合金室温塑性较低的缺点,成为先进复合材料研究的热点。综述了非晶晶化法、液相分离法、急冷铸造法、原位反应法等内生法制备非晶复合材料和液相浸渗法、粉末冶金法、压铸法等外加法制备非晶复合材料的制备工艺及其应用。分析了不同制备方法的优缺点,并对其进一步发展进行了展望。Amorphous composite not only has high strength,high hardness,excellent magnetic properties and friction resistance of amorphous alloy,but also effectively improve the shortcomings of amorphous alloy with low plasticity at room temperature,which has become the research focus of advanced composite materials.The preparation technology and application of amorphous composite materials by in-situ amorphous composite preparation technology such as,crystallization of amorphous,liquid-phase separation,quench casting,in-situ reaction and by ex-situ amorphous composite preparation technology such as liquid infiltration method,powder metallurgy,die casting,were reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of different preparation methods were analyzed,and their further development was prospected.
