摘 要:研究了Co添加对Cu_(46)Zr_(46)Al_(8)非晶合金玻璃形成能力和力学性能的影响。采用真空熔炼铜模吸铸法制备了直径3 mm的(Cu_(100-x)Co_(x))46Zr_(46)Al_(8)(x=0、10、30、50、70、90 at%)非晶合金样品;利用XRD和DSC分析了该合金的性能,对其进行了室温压缩性能测试;采用SEM分析了该合金的断口形貌。结果表明:适量增加Co元素有利于提高合金的玻璃形成能力;当Co添加量为10%时,合金的过冷液相区宽度ΔT达到了62 K,该合金的非晶形成能力最强;当Co添加量达到70%时,制备的非晶材料具有最佳的力学性能,其断裂强度达到2158.25 MPa,塑性变形达1.3%。The effects of Co addition on the glass forming ability and mechanical properties of Cu_(46)Zr_(46)Al_(8) bulk metallic glass were studied.(Cu_(00-x)Co_(x))_(46)Zr_(46)Al_(8)(x=0,10,30,50,70,90 at%)bulk amorphous alloy with diameter of 3 mm was produced by copper mold suction casting.The properties of the alloy were tested by XRD and DSC.The compressive properties of the alloy at room temperature were tested.The micro-fracture morphology of the alloy was analyzed by SEM.The results show that the glass-forming ability of the alloy improves by adding appropriate amount of Co element.When the addition amount of Co is 10%,the width of undercooled liquid zoneΔT reaches 62 K,and the amorphous forming ability of the alloy is strongest.When the amount of Co is 70%,the mechanical properties of the prepared amorphous alloy are best,the fracture strength is 2158.25 MPa,and the plastic deformation reaches 1.3%.
