摘  要:对宝信罩式退火炉、LOI罩式退火炉和连退炉生产SPCC(普通用冷轧钢板)进行了研究。结果表明,相比宝信炉SPCC产品,LOI炉SPCC产品表面炭黑更少,反射率更高,屈服强度与抗拉强度略低,断后伸长率略高,性能更加稳定。罩式退火SPCC组织为饼状晶粒和晶粒内粒状碳化物,而连退SPCC组织为等轴状晶粒、晶界处块状碳化物和晶粒内粒状碳化物,且连退SPCC产品晶粒尺寸明显更小。与罩式退火SPCC相比,连退SPCC的屈服强度与抗拉强度更高,断后伸长率更低。The production of SPCC(steel plate cold-rolled common) by Baoxin bell-type annealing furnace, LOI bell-type annealing furnace and continuous annealing furnace was studied. The results show that, compared with Baoxin furnace SPCC product, the surface carbon black of LOI furnace SPCC product is less, the reflectivity is higher, the yield strength and tensile strength are slightly lower, the extension after break is a little higher, and the performance is more stable.The microstructure of bell-type annealed SPCC is cake grain and grain carbide. However, the microstructure of continuous retreated SPCC is isometric grain, bulk carbide at grain boundary and granular carbide in grain boundary. The grain size of SPCC products is obviously smaller. Compared with SPCC by bell-type annealing furnace, the yield strength and tensile strength of SPCC by continuous annealing furnace are higher, and the elongation after fracture is lower.
