摘 要:采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜与高温拉伸试验等方法,研究了不同热处理温度对渣油加氢装置用TP347H炉管微观组织与高温拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,随着热处理温度的升高,TP347H微观组织平均晶粒尺寸逐渐变大,组织中弥散的颗粒状碳化物未出现消融,高温屈服强度逐渐下降,高温抗拉强度基本保持不变,说明细晶强化是影响高温屈服强度的主要因素。渣油加氢装置用TP347H炉管在满足ASTM A312标准晶粒度7级的同时,为提高高温屈服强度,5~7级晶粒度为最佳晶粒度等级。The effects of different heat treatment temperatures on the microstructure and high temperature tensile properties of TP347H furnace tube for residue hydro treating unit were studied by means of metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and high temperature tensile test. The results show that, with the increase of heat treatment temperature, the grain of TP347H microstructure gradually becomes coarser, the dispersed granular carbides in the microstructure do not melt, the yield strength at high temperature decreases gradually, and the tensile strength at high temperature basically remains unchanged. It is concluded that fine grain strengthening is the main factor affecting the yield strength at high temperature. When the TP347H furnace tube used in the residual oil hydrogenation unit meets the ASTM A312 standard grain size 7 grade, In order to improve the yield strength at high temperature, the grain size of grade 5-7 is the best grade.
