摘 要:同一批次的Gr.2换热管的拉伸力学性能波动较大,且存在不合格现象,因此,对换热管的化学成分、力学性能、金相组织及断口进行分析,以判定导致其拉伸力学性能波动的原因。结果表明,Gr.2换热管的氧含量偏低,使得能够满足性能要求的退火温度区间较窄;同时,退火温度选择在开始再结晶温度附近,真空退火设备有10~20℃的控温偏差,所以会形成多样性的不同程度的再结晶组织,导致拉伸力学性能波动显著。For the same batch of Gr.2 heat transfer tubes, the tensile properties fluctuate greatly, and there is an unqualified phenomenon. Therefore, the chemical composition, mechanical properties, metallographic structure and fracture surface of heat transfer tubes were analyzed to determine the cause of the fluctuation of tensile mechanical properties. The results show that, the oxygen content of the Gr.2 heat transfer tube is low, which makes the annealing temperature range narrow. Meanwhile, the annealing temperature is chosen near the starting recrystallization temperature, and the vacuum annealing equipment has a temperature control deviation of 10-20 ℃, so it forms various degrees of recrystallization microstructure, which can lead to significant fluctuation of tensile mechanical properties.
