摘 要:稀土钨电极材料在加工过程中会出现缺陷,从而影响加工性能。针对两种加工过程中的典型缺陷,出现组织不均匀和烧结态样品的粉化,通过成分和微观结构的分析,探究缺陷形成的原因。结果表明:受力不均匀引起组织不均匀,导致晶体取向的差别,其中不利于滑移的取向使样品的加工阻力增大。当样品长时间放置时,样品中的稀土氧化物在晶界处与水发生反应,从而造成块状样品的粉化。Rare-earth tungsten electrodes generate defects during the processing, thus affecting the processing properties.Aiming at the two typical defects, which were the microstructure nonuniform and the sintered samples powdered, the reasons for the defects were investigated by the analysisi and component and microstructure. The results show that the microstructure nonuniform is caused by unevenly stress, which lead to the grain orientation different. The orientations which is not conducive to slip lead to processing obstruction. The rare-earth oxides in the samples reacte with water at the grain boundary,when the sample is placed for a long time, which results the sample changing into the powder.
