摘　　要：蛇纹石混凝土由于氢含量丰富且热稳定性好,作为中子辐射屏蔽材料,可应用于核电堆屏蔽结构中。基于实际核电工程,介绍了蛇纹石骨料的材料生产,结合水热稳定性、体积安定性及亚甲蓝试验,设计了满足工程实际施工要求的蛇纹石混凝土配合比。结合屏蔽结构特点及其抗裂性能要求,详述了蛇纹石混凝土屏蔽结构施工排架、浇筑养护及抗裂技术措施。总结的经验可为今后类似工程提供借鉴。Serpentine concrete,as a neutron radiation shielding material,can be used in the shielding structure of nuclear power reactor because of its rich hydrogen content and good thermal stability.Based on the actual nuclear power project,the material production of serpentine aggregate is introduced.Combined with hydrothermal stability,volume stability and methylene blue test,the serpentine concrete mix proportion meeting the actual construction requirements is designed.Combined with the characteristics of shielding structure and its crack resistance requirements,technical measures of shelving,pouring and curing,as well as crack resistance for the construction of serpentine concrete shielding structure are described in detail.The experience summarized can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
