摘 要:以深圳坪山锚杆大型综合试验项目为背景,对较为常见的一次注浆型锚杆和二次注浆型锚杆锚固体与岩土体之间的极限黏结强度进行了分析。与现有规范进行比较后,得出一些有益结论:在相同地层条件下,相同锚固长度的二次注浆型锚杆极限抗拔力普遍大于一次注浆型锚杆,锚杆极限抗拔力基本都随锚固长度逐渐增加,极限抗拔力与锚固段长度并非完全成正比关系;在相同条件下,二次注浆型锚固体与地层极限黏结强度为一次注浆型极限黏结强度值的1.1~1.3倍;本场地二次注浆型锚杆极限黏结强度标准值为一次注浆型锚杆极限黏结强度标准值的1.2倍,一次注浆型锚杆和二次注浆型锚杆极限黏结强度标准值均大大高于规范参考值。Taking the large-scale comprehensive anchor bolt test project of Pingshan in Shenzhen as the background,the ultimate bond strength between the commonly used primary grouting anchor and secondary grouting bolt anchorage body and the rock-soil body is analyzed.Compared with the existing specifications,some useful conclusions are drawn:under the same stratum conditions and the same anchorage length,the ultimate pullout force of secondary grouting anchor is generally greater than that of primary grouting anchor,the ultimate pullout force of anchor basically increases gradually with the anchorage length,and the ultimate pullout force is not completely proportional to the length of anchorage section.Under the same conditions,the ultimate bonding strength between the secondary grouting anchor and the stratum is about 1.1~1.3 times of the ultimate bonding strength of the primary grouting anchor.The standard value of the ultimate bonding strength of the secondary grouting anchor in this site is 1.2 times of the standard value of the ultimate bonding strength of the primary grouting anchor.The standard values of ultimate bond strength of primary grouting anchor rod and secondary grouting anchor rod are much higher than the reference value of the specification.
