摘　　要：海绵城市的理念发展为城市管理者增强城市雨洪管理能力、解决城市内涝问题提供了方向指引。深圳市福田中心区通过下沉式绿化带、透水铺装及环保型雨水口三方面推进海绵城市建设,在“龙舟水”强降雨期间对工程范围进行观察记录,证明海绵设施可轻松应对常规暴雨事件,与其他城市相比突显了海绵城市建设的优越性,也为其他城市提供了示范作用。The concept development of sponge city provides direction guidance for urban managers to enhance urban rain and flood management ability and solve urban water logging problems.Futian Central District of Shenzhen promotes the construction of sponge city through three aspects:sunken green belt,permeable pavement and environmental friendly rainwater inlet.During the heavy rainfall of"dragon boat water",the project scope is observed and recorded,which proves that sponge facilities can easily deal with conventional rainstorm events.Compared with other cities,it highlights the advantages of sponge city construction and provides a demonstration role for other cities.
