摘  要:为提高黄陵一矿2号煤的瓦斯抽采效果,在1010工作面开展了瓦斯抽采钻孔成孔技术研究。瓦斯抽采钻孔可分为四个区域,其中卸压区和峰前应力集中区是孔壁失稳及产生瓦斯动力现象的高发区域,是控制的重点。通过采用螺旋钻进和压风排渣、全长筛管护孔、预注浆加固等技术,1010工作面瓦斯抽采钻孔成孔率明显提高,钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度下降幅度小,煤层瓦斯抽采效果明显改善。In order to improve the gas drainage effect of the No.2 coal in Huangling No.1 Coal Mine,a study on gas drainage drilling technology was carried out in the 1010 working face.Gas drainage boreholes can be divided into four areas,among them,the pressure relief area and the stress concentration area in front of the peak are the areas with high incidence of hole wall instability and gas dynamic phenomena,which are the key points of control.By adopting the techniques of spiral drilling,slag discharge by pressure air,full-length sieve pipe protecting hole,pre-grouting reinforcement and so on,the hole formation rate of gas drainage drilling hole in the 1010 working face is obviously increased,the decrease of gas drainage concentration in borehole is small,and the effect of gas drainage in coal seam is obviously improved.
