摘  要:赵庄煤矿二号井原有主井电控系统存在设备老化、提升速度慢、功率因素较低等问题,通过对主井提升机电控系统升级改造,进行了安装调试以及空载、重载试运行。改造后,调速过程平滑并具有完备的保护措施,运行平稳,故障率低,提高了安全性能。Due to the problems of aging equipment,slow lifting speed and low power factors of the original electric control system of the main shaft in the No.2 well of Zhaozhuang Coal Mine,through the upgrading and transformation of the electric control system of the main shaft hoist,installation and commissioning and trial operation of no-load and heavy-load were carried out.After the transformation,the speed regulation process is smooth and has complete protection measures,the operation is stable,the failure rate is low,and the safety performance is improved.
